The 2021 17th Annual Domestic Violence Death Review Committee (DVDRC) report was released December 2024.
The DVDRC releases an annual report of the committee's analysis and recommendations of intimate partner violence (IPV) homicides in Ontario. The DVDRC is organized and managed by the Office of the Chief Coroner (Ontario).
